Flexographic Printing — 1 to 6 Colors

Flexography is the workhorse of label production: fast, consistent, and the most economical process for medium and long runs. Our presses print up to 6 stations, letting us combine spot colors (PMS-matched), process color (CMYK), and inline varnish in a single pass.

Materials

Facestocks & Adhesives

We stock and convert a full range of pressure-sensitive materials, matched to your product's surface, environment, and regulatory needs — including materials approved by the FDA for direct contact with fresh fruits and vegetables.

• Papers: semi-gloss, high-gloss, matte litho, direct thermal, thermal transfer
• Films: white BOPP, clear BOPP, metallized/silver BOPP, PET for durability
• FDA-approved stocks for direct food contact (produce, dairy, packaged food)
• Adhesives: permanent, removable, freezer/cold-temp, all-temp, high-tack
• Liners: glassine and PET liners for hand-apply or automatic application

Finishing

Finishes & Converting

Protection and shelf appeal are finished inline. Every roll is rewound and inspected to your application specs — core size, labels per roll, and unwind direction matched to your labeler or hand-application process.

• UV varnish — gloss or matte, full or spot coverage
• Film lamination for moisture, abrasion, and chemical resistance
• Custom die shapes: rectangles, circles, ovals, and custom dielines
• Rewind specs: 1" or 3" cores, custom OD, any unwind position
• Roll, sheet, or fanfold delivery; cartons labeled to your PO
